About JTodd Ross

JTodd enjoyed a distinguished career as a leader in the U.S. Intelligence Community, ultimately as commander of the Office of Naval Intelligence and as an executive director and strategist with CACI and Hewlett-Packard, respectively.

He was an instructor at the prestigious Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and survived the terrorist attack at the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001. JTodd brings meaningful leadership and management experience to a passionate coaching relationship that supports aspirational leaders, teams and individual contributors in pursuit of their highest potentials.

JTodd’s philosophy is to challenge clients to uncover what matters, what’s missing and what’s next to accelerate transformative change to fulfill their dreams and drive extraordinary outcomes that make a profound difference and truly matter.

JTodd has coached individual contributors, mid-level managers, corporate officers and c-suite executives, including several presidents and chief executive officers. He is comfortable supporting leaders in both the public and private sectors, and has coached executives in multiple industries, including finance, automotive, health care, government, insurance, IT, video, data analytics, marketing and social media.

His niche coaching areas are presence, strategic thinking, time management, work-life integration, emotional intelligence, servant leadership and difficult conversations. His “sweet spot” is in the transitioning of leaders interested in their next level.

JTodd is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership Executive Leadership Coaching program.
