FedLearn Announces National Security Expert, Adrian Wolfberg, as New Influencer

Alexandria, VA, March X, 2024—FedLearn, the first-to-market, online, artificial intelligence-powered learning solutions provider offering content specialized and contextualized to federal government mission areas—particularly in the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community—is excited to introduce a new influencer: organizational scientist, change agent and national security expert, Adrian Wolfberg, Ph.D.

FedLearn influencers are thought leaders from the federal government, industry, academia, think tanks and beyond. Their content, videos, podcasts, online articles and other commentary, is amassed and delivered via the company’s online experience platform.

As an influencer, Wolfberg provides published articles via the FedLearn platform on a variety of topics, such as delivering and supporting innovative results and solutions that execute strategies, maximizing operational performance, improving processes, minimizing risk, and achieving customer objectives to drive change and facilitate organizational excellence.

Wolfberg specializes in individual, group and organizational decision making. His empirical research concentrates on knowledge transfer-related challenges within large and complex national security organizations specific to the areas of intelligence, policy, and operations.

Wolfberg most recently was a senior program officer with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine—a nonprofit organization that provides evidence-based, scientific knowledge to policymakers in the U.S. government. He possesses a long tenure in the U.S. Intelligence Community and previously served as a senior research fellow with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and a civilian, senior intelligence analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency. While at DIA, he created and led the DIA Knowledge Lab, which enhanced the agency’s capacity to identify and implement opportunities for improvement by aiding employees at all levels of their careers to solve organizational problems.

Wolfberg was an adjust professor at the master’s level at Army War College, Columbia University and Penn State, as well as at the doctoral level at Case Western Reserve University and the University of Maryland. He received his doctoral degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Master of Science in national security strategy from the National War College and Bachelor of Arts in individualized studies—an interdisciplinary focus on the shift in scientific and cultural ideas during the Industrial Revolution—from York University.

“FedLearn is delighted to welcome Adrian Wolfberg to our community of world-class influencers,” said Dr. J. Keith Dunbar, FedLearn founder and chief executive officer. “Adrian possesses vast knowledge on topics relevant to national security. His research and insights are enlightening to learners who desire a greater understanding of U.S. intelligence operations and associated activities.”
