FedLearn was founded, and is led, by Dr. J. Keith Dunbar. Keith is a former naval intelligence officer whose career culminated with a tour of duty as the director of the Global Learning Solutions Group and the Leadership Academy, Academy for Defense Intelligence, at the Defense Intelligence Agency. After retiring from the Navy, he led the learning and talent development organizations at SAIC and Leidos. Keith received his Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania (in a partnership with the Wharton Business School) and his Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.

Michelle Snyder is an award-winning communications executive with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience. She is a strategic influencer and trust advisor to the c-suite. Michelle has overseen innovative and highly effective communications and marketing programs for a variety of private- and public-sector organizations, including a mid-size Federal government informational technology contractor and the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Most recently, she led public relations; industry marketing; diversity, equity and inclusion; and social responsibility for the American Staffing Association. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the S. I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
