Brian Segel, SPC, LSSBB
Brian is a business technology transformation leader with a decade of experience working in both the federal government and commercial industries. He is knowledgeable in many transformational and change management practices, strategic planning, portfolio management and business process improvement—with a specialty implementing Lean and Business Agility approaches to enterprises and organizations. Brian works with executive leadership and management to shift culture mindset while helping clients understand business value driven by enterprise transformations.
Brian has led and coached organizations and teams in a variety of industries. Some of his previous clients include Bristol Meyer Squibb, Caterpillar, Celgene, Chubb Insurance, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, GlaxoSmithKline, NextEra Energy, Sandia National Labs, Selective Insurance and The Hartford. Most recently, he managed multiple insurance and Pharma clients to implement the Scaled Agile Framework and improved portfolio operations to drive transparency, reduce time to market and improve predictability of delivery. Brian is an expert at applying multiple transformational practices and techniques to drive toward optimal value and aligning leadership to support organizational transformations.
Brian received his master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
