About Jose Morales
Jose possesses a 25-year career spanning military and diplomatic service and higher education, as well as senior leadership roles in IT, human resources, and talent development in the public and private sectors.
As a certified executive coach, Jose supports leaders and teams in helping to clarify priorities, see new opportunities and advance their capabilities. Through a process of assessment, direct observation and inquiry, he coaches clients to become more effective leaders—often by advancing their ability to listen, communicate and affect change with greater confidence. His coaching clients describe Jose as direct, encouraging and results oriented. Leaders trust him to advise, coach and facilitate the alignment and advancement of team performance.
Jose’s coaching focus is on supporting leaders moving into new or changing roles or finding themselves stuck in a challenging situation. To support client growth and development, he is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan, EQi, MBTI and DiSC assessments.

Jose completed post-graduate studies in adult development, change and leadership coaching at Harvard University and Georgetown University, and currently serves as a member of the Penn State Outreach and Online Education Advisory Board.
