He is an advocate for emotional intelligence, dialogue, role clarification and conflict management. He is frequently called upon as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams and consistently receives positive feedback for his clarity, breadth of knowledge, coaching experience and engaging teaching style.
Earlier in his career as senior director of professional leadership and development with the Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Medical Group, Lawrence led regional strategy for physician leadership development. He also was VP of organizational effectiveness with EagleBank. During his tenures at both companies, he was a trusted advisor to the c-suite for translating business objectives and challenges into leadership development strategies to drive business impact.
Lawrence received his master’s degree in organizational behavior from the Fresno University School of Professional Psychology and his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of New Orleans.
