The ARC simulates the experience of leading an innovative initiative within a large organization where you will learn how to navigate the challenges of understanding customer needs, managing finances, building a team and competing in new markets. Your Instructor

Ethan Mollick is an associate professor of management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurial teams. Mr. Mollick has also worked extensively on understanding the way games can be used to motivate and teach, writing a book on the subject and working with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency on games-based training. His simulations and games are used by tens of thousands of students around the world.

Cohort course made up of six live sessions. All sessions are mandatory. You can choose one of two time slots (same slot for the entire course):
