You and/or your supervisor can decide on specific learning goals to determine the type of courses or content you should access on the platform in support of your professional development. We call this feature “My Perfect Brain.” Different broad categories of subjects can be selected and assigned a percentage of importance based on your specific job requirements. The percentages chosen for the combined categories must total 100 percent.

In addition, on the “Goals” page you can review your real-time learning progress on any courses or content related to your goals (“Your Progress So Far”) and artificial intelligence-driven course recommendations.

To access:

1. Click “My Data” on the top menu of any page on the platform
2. Click “Goals” on the middle menu
