Yes! You can share your comments and insights with your fellow learners or ask them questions about a particular piece of content/course. After you have accessed the content/course:

  • Type your input in the box under “Add Post” under the “Discussion Prompt” on the right-hand side of any course/content page
  • Click the red “Post” button to add

All posts are located underneath the red “Post” button—in descending order with the oldest posts located at the top of the list.
Important note: Only use discussion forums to share comments, questions or insights about the content/content with your fellow learners. If you experience any technical challenges and need assistance, please email [email protected]

“History” offers several helpful features (refer to “What features are available via my FedLearn account?”), including:

  • Completed Content/Courses – Content/courses you have reviewing/taking
  • Continue Watching – Content/courses you have begun reviewing/taking but haven’t finished
  • Bookmarked Courses – Content/courses you are interested in accessing in the future

To access, simply:

  • Click on your name at the upper right-hand corner on any page of the platform to be directed to “My Account”
  • Click on “History” on the middle menu

"Notes" is a helpful feature that lets you jot down any thoughts or important points to remember when reviewing a particular piece of content/course for future reference. To access:

  • Once you have accessed a piece of content/course, the black course summary box will be displayed underneath the actual content/course
  • In this summary box, click on "Notes" (next to a paper icon) located at the bottom left of the box
  • Type any notes under the "Add Note" section

Your notes are also accessible via "My Account:"

  • Click on your name at the upper right-hand corner on any page of the platform to be directed to “My Account”
  • Click on “History” on the middle menu

Yes! You can provide feedback by “liking” and rating FedLearn content/courses. Your input is incredibly important to us. Please moment or two to provide any feedback to the benefit of your fellow learners. To do so:

  • Click on a content/course tile
  • In the black content/course summary box displayed before or after accessing the particular piece of content/course you can:
    • “Like” the course/content by clicking the heart icon under its description
    • Rate the content/course by clicking the stars at the right of black content/course summary box (five stars is the highest rating; one star is the lowest)

“Influencers” are well-known experts from the public and private sectors in a wide variety of topics. You can follow influencers in any areas of particular interest. Searching for any influencers is just like searching for content/courses:

  • Click on the magnifying glass icon at the upper-right-hand side of any page on the platform (just to the left of your name and profile image)
  • Type in any topics of interest or the individual’s full or last name to see if they are one of our influencers 
  • Any influencers associated with your search will be displayed.

Once you identify any influencers you’d decide to follow:

  • Click on “Influencer” on the top menu of any page on the platform to review your selections
  • Scroll down the page to locate anyone of interest
  • Click on his/her/their tile to review any new content (e.g., reports, white papers, podcasts, videos) they have shared on the platform.

"My Desk" is where you can view the last course or piece of content/course you accessed on the platform. To access, simply click on “My Desk” on the top menu of any page on the platform
