Many problems, server error messages or other page display issues are caused by your browser. Here are some ways to remedy:

  • Make sure your browser is a current version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
  • Check your browser settings to make sure both JavaScript and cookies are enabled

The help desk is available Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern time. If you need support outside of these hours, we will respond as quickly as possible the following morning (and on Monday morning if over the weekend).

Most current browsers will work. For best performance, we recommend the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox. Avoid Microsoft Edge and to some extent, Safari.
