Most current browsers will work. For best performance, we recommend the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox.

Many problems, server error messages or other page display issues are caused by your browser. Here are some ways to remedy:

  • Make sure your browser is a current version of Chrome or Firefox
  • Check your browser settings to make sure both JavaScript and cookies are enabled

If you experience any technical issues that you can’t remedy on your own, contact the FedLearn helpdesk at [email protected] for prompt support.

The FedLearn team is available Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern time. If you need support outside of these hours, we will respond as quickly as possible the following morning. Over the weekend, we will reply on Monday morning.
